YOUR CHINESE ZODIAC STORY
Reads the animal, element and yin or yang of your birth year, counted from Chinese New Year.
Enter a birthday above and the reading appears automatically.
The solar birthday recorded at the birthplace is converted to the Chinese lunar calendar, and the first day of the first month marks the new year. The result can differ from the saju reading, which starts the year at the solar term Ipchun. Lunar input is first converted from the Korean lunar calendar to a solar date. Birth time and longitude correction are not used for this birth-year reading.
This is a cultural reading of the twelve animals, the element of the year stem, and yin and yang. It does not include Zi Wei Dou Shu or a full chart, and the everyday notes are Ohangdam's own editorial reflections.

A MEANING YOU CAN WEAR
Keep something you want to remember as a small meaning on your wrist.
When you want a fresh start, or want to express yourself a little more warmly. Each time you see the bracelet, recall what you chose and one small thing to do today.
Connect the symbolic colors of the five elements with your own taste. Pick a color that goes with clothes you like and enjoy the meaning and the style together.
Wood for growth, for a friend making a new start. Earth for trust, for someone you want to stay close to. Pass on the story in the color with a short note.
There is no rule about the left or the right hand. Choose the wrist that feels comfortable with your watch and clothes. Before ordering, check the actual material, wrist size, bead size and care instructions on the product page, and follow that product's guidance on wearing it for exercise, showers and sleep.
These are accessories for enjoying the colors and meanings of the five elements. Wearing one does not change your elements or guarantee wealth, health or luck, and you are free to choose any color that means something to you.

THE STORY OF FIVE ELEMENTS
The five elements are an old way
of seeing yourself through the flow of nature.
Think less about good and bad, and more about how different qualities balance.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Yes. The reading uses the six characters of the year, month and day pillars and marks the hour pillar as unknown. On a day when a solar term changes, the year and month pillars are provisional values for local noon. For a Wednesday birth with no time, the Thai reading shows both the day and the night versions.
The city's IANA time zone gives the historical standard time and daylight saving time on the birth date, and the actual moment sets the year and month pillars against the solar terms. The day and hour pillars use the local calendar and clock by default. With longitude correction on, they use mean solar time at the city-center longitude, and the date can change. The equation of time is not included. The day pillar changes at midnight, and an hour from 23:00 keeps that day's stem, as in one school of practice.
No. Korean saju uses heavenly stems, earthly branches and solar terms. The Thai birthday story here uses the weekday of the solar birth date at the birthplace and its traditional color. Wednesday night is 18:00-23:59 on this site, which can differ from other traditions. A full Thai astrology chart with planetary positions is not included.
The deck has 78 distinct cards with upright and reversed meanings. The browser's random numbers shuffle the deck, nine cards are laid out, and you pick one or three. A card cannot repeat within one draw. Your name and question do not change the odds or the cards.
The elements of the stems and branches are counted, and the colors and styles of the least represented elements are shown first. It is a simple count, without weighting hidden stems or judging a favorable element. A bracelet is an accessory that carries taste and symbolism, and it does not promise any change in fortune or health.
A new person is saved in this browser when you enter a name and birthday and press Save or the reading button. Later edits under the same saved name are applied automatically. The sample person and details without a name are not saved, and nothing is sent to a server. Both your own details and a partner's can be loaded from the list, and Delete removes a saved person. Tarot questions and results are not saved. Copied results leave out the name, birth date and birthplace. Nothing personal is added to the outgoing Coupang links.
Time to know yourself, care for yourself.

The calendar, solar terms and time zone produce the characters, and traditional interpretation is attached to how those characters are arranged. Your name is used only to address you.
Date boundaries, leap months, unknown birth times, compatibility pairs and saving are tested automatically. Matching the calendar does not mean a prediction is accurate.
Only people you add in this browser are loaded. The sample person is not saved, and names and birthdays are not sent to a server.
Automated tests compare the Chinese lunar calculation with the Hong Kong Observatory's official tables: Lunar New Year and the starts of leap month 6 and month 7 in 2025, and Lunar New Year and the starts of months 2 and 4 in 2026. This checks the Chinese lunar calendar, not the whole Korean lunar calendar or how accurate any reading is.
